SleepDog® mattresses are domestically made memory foam mattresses designed to provide over the road comfort. In other words, we’re a trucker’s best friend. SleepDog® and BigDawg® mattresses are constructed with high-quality memory foam that is manufactured in the USA under the same roof that our mattresses are built. Both SleepDog® and BigDawg® mattress models feature our CertiPUR-US® certified CoolRest® Gel memory foam and SureAlign® support foam to ensure safe and supportive sleep wherever your travels take you. SleepDog® mattresses are made to meet the BedInABox® quality standard, but in a size and construction perfectly suited for life on the road. Our semi truck mattresses and RV mattresses are available in many of the standard sizes found in most popular over the road sleeper models, including the Freightliner Cascadia and the Mack Anthem, both of which can be outfitted with our Size A, 36” x 80” mattress.

Every SleepDog® trucking mattress and RV mattress is proudly made in the USA. Our mattresses and the memory foams used in our mattresses are manufactured and shipped from our facility in Mount Airy, North Carolina. Your new mattress will ship within 2 days after purchase, followed by fast delivery directly to your doorstep, meaning you can unbox your best sleep whenever and wherever you need it.

Both the SleepDog® and BigDawg® mattresses are exceptional after-market RV mattress replacements. SleepDog® offers both mattress models in RV king, RV queen and standard queen size options, which are tailored to fit most RV and camper configurations. RV king and RV queen size dimensions are slightly shorter than the standard king and queen size measurements to allow for ample sleep space without interfering with the smaller living spaces you find in RVs, campers and sleeper cabins. All SleepDog® mattresses are DOT approved and safe for road travel.

SleepDog® and BigDawg® mattresses are DOT approved, meaning they meet the Department of Transportation’s stringent qualifications for an over the road mattress. According to the DOT, a flexible foam mattress must be at least four inches thick, rectangular in shape and compliant with all other sleeper berth requirements. SleepDog® has eliminated any risk to you. If after trying our mattress for 60 days, you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you may call us for a RMA number (Return Merchandise Authorization number) and we will begin processing your mattress return. We do not accept returns if the mattress is stained, ripped, or otherwise damaged nor do we accept a return that has passed our 120-day sleep trial expiration date. However, when looking for a replacement mattress it is important to know the exact measurements of your sleeping area. While most sleeper cabins accommodate standard semi truck mattress sizes, the best and most accurate way to measure for your new mattress is to measure the width and length of your sleeper berth. In addition to the most standard semi truck mattress dimensions, our BigDawg® Mattress is also available in a bunk size, or Size D, which measures 32"x80"x9" and fits perfectly in most top bunk configurations for tandem drivers.
